Hey gang,
 
Do you think I keep a lot of records?  Why I do that?  I don't know.  :)  
 
For myself, I keep trying to break some record, any record!  Maybe you feel the same way?  I have been accused of making up a lot of crazy stats just to get myself one.  And STILL, someone beats me.   :)
 
Well, this was the time to share all of that, with all of you.  If I kept it, you got it. 
 
Winding down the 2012 NGFL Statistics, I hope you enjoyed them.

1.  Martin Truex is the most improved driver for 2012, running the full time schedule both seasons.
      In 2011 it was Brad Keselowski!  Maybe we have figured out the formula for the next champion!!  Woohooo!  Go Truex!
 
2.  There were 18 drivers whose prices improved over the season. (2011 - 18)  (2010 - 19)   (2009 - 16)
 
3.  There were 4 drivers whose price were the same in the finale as it was in the season opener.
 David Stremme, JJ Yeley, Joe Nemechek & Michael McDowell
 
4. Kurt Busch was the biggest dropper over the 2012 season.
 
 
Drivers receiving Points penalties that we too suffered thru if they were on our team...
Jimmie Johnson 25 point penalty Daytona1. He was on 8 teams.
     Jimmie Johnson 25 point penalty rescinded after Bristol.
           Tony Stewart 6 point penalty Daytona2. He was on 15 teams.
                  Paul Menard 25 point penalty at Michigan2. He was on 3 teams.
                         Jeff Gordon 25 point penalty at Phoenix2. He was on 7 teams.
Total = 56 points in driver penalties.
