What is a stat without notes....
 
1.  There were 2 races a photo finish and was decided by the old point system to break the tie.  Texas2, Dover2.
 
2. There were 5 races that the winner won by just ONE POINT. 
Watkins Glen, Atlanta, Kansas2, Charlotte2 Texas2.
(2nd consecutive season that Texas2 was won by one point.) 
 
3. The widest margin the winner had over 2nd place......California - 28 points.
Completing the top 3....Sonoma  - 12 points, Pocono1 & 2, Richmond2 - 9 points.
 
4. There were 2 races that broke the NGFL record for "lowest score" ever to a win that race.   Daytona2, Talladega2
 
5.  Coptner, Dennisdog, Still4sacks came in 2nd in the "top 5" category this season. They each had 8! 
 
6.  Cobaka came in 2nd in the top 10 category this season. He had 14.
